Products can only be eligible for returns at Aanya Enterprise if they are received by the customer in a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect state. In such cases, we allow returns only for products that are in their original packaging, unused, and sealed condition. Please note that opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.
If your return request meets the eligibility criteria, Aanya Enterprise will either replace the damaged/defective/expired/wrong product or refund the invoiced rupee value for the product. Additionally, we will reimburse the customer for any additional customs amount paid to receive the product by issuing a refund coupon. However, to avail of this reimbursement, the customer must provide a copy of the customs receipt as proof of the additional amount paid.

WHICH ARE THE ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product Damaged Due to Misuse/Overuse: Products that are damaged due to misuse or overuse by the customer will not be eligible for returns.
Returned Without Original Packaging: If a product is returned without its original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged, the return request will not be accepted.
Tampered Serial Number: Products with tampered serial numbers will not be eligible for returns.

DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE FREE GIFT WHEN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
CAN I RETURN PART OF MY ORDER?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
HOW WILL I GET REFUNDED FOR THE RETURNED ORDERS AND HOW LONG WILL THIS PROCESS TAKE?
Once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund.
For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed back to the same account used for the original payment. If the payment was made through cash on delivery, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount.
