Eyeliner Smoky Black

Our first Liquid Eyeliner in intense black glides smoothly without creasing. The soft bristles are designed for precise application without hurting your eyes. Smudge-proof, water-proof, fade-proof formula stays intact through the day. The formula is also resistant to sweat, tears, and sebum. Lasts up to 12 hours! How to Use: Take out the wand and wipe off any excess formula from the brush. Start from the inner corner of your eye and draw along the lash-line towards the outer corners of your eye. Draw a parallel line and slightly further from the lash-line and extend outwards. Join the two ends and fill in. Allow to dry for approximately 60 seconds, depending on how thick your line is. The thicker your liner is, the longer it will take to dry.
